No. 669.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Colliery Control Order, 1945, ay continued in force by Section 17 of the Essential Supplies (Temporary POWERS) Act, 1946 (XXIV of 1946) the Central Govern- ment is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Industries and SUPPLIES No. 19, dated the 9th January 1916, namely :—
In the said notification the table set forth under item "IV. Collieries in the Central Provinces and Berar and in Orissa " shall be deleted and the following table substituted in its place, namely: —
