CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 18th November, 1947

No. L.C.35(10). —The following amendments are made in Resolution No. L.C.35(10) dated 18th October 1947 issued by the Ministry of Labour and published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated 18th October 1947.

1. On page 1179 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary,

against Serial No. 3, for "Dr. N. G. Das, I.C.S.," sub- stitute, "Dr. N. Das, I.C.S."

2. On page 1180 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary, (i) Against Serial No. 6, f o r " S. W. Shiveshwarker Esq., M.B.E., I.C.S ," substitute P. R. Nayak, Esq., M.B.E., I.C.S.

(ii) Against Serial No. 19, for "K. N. Mutherjee Esq., Labour Commissioner", substitute "N. D. Gupta, Esq."(iii) After Serial No. 22, add the following: "23. Sardar K. L. Budhiraja, Director of Industries, Patiala " ( 1259 )

8. At the end of page" 1181 of the Gazette uf India

Extraordinary, add the following: —
