Now Delhi , the 11th December 1947

No. 2888.- In exercise of the power conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 2 of the Armed Forces ( Emergency Duties ) Act , 1947 (XV of 1947 ) , the Central Government is pleased to declare the maintenance of the SIJUA- JHARIA Power Station , as a service of vital importance to the com- munity, with effect from the 11th December 1947 .
