New Delhi , the 9th July 1948
No. 15 -PR (7 ) / 48 .--Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the conditions mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Government of India in the Department of Commerce Notification No. PR - 68/ 41 , dated the 4th October 1941 , are not being fulfilled in the State of Hyderabad , now therefore , the Central Government in pursuance of clause 35 of the Motor Spirit Rationiug Order , 1941 , as continued in force by sub- section ( 2) of section 17 of the Essential Supplies ( Temporary Powers ) Act , 1946 , is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the said notification , namely: -
" In the schedule to the said notification , the heading and word 'Hyderabad Residency ,
Hyderabad '
shall be omitted" .
