NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th August 1948

No. F . 3 7 - 9 / 4 8 - H a j. - T he following draft, of certain further amendments to the, Indian Pilgrim Ships Rules, 1938, which it is proposed to make in exercise of the powers conferred, by sub-section (1) of section 213 of the Indian Merchant Shipping Act, 1923 (XXI of 1923), is published as required by sub-section (3) of the stud section for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration on or after the 22nd August 1948.

Any 'objection or suggestion which may be received from any person in respect of t he said draft before the date specified will be considered by the General Government,.

Draft amendment

In rule 81 of the said Rules, for the list of articles and their rates, the
