No. 91-0.W . ( 1 ) /45.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of Section 3 of the Imports & Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( XVIII of 1947) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following further amond- ment shall be made in the Notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Commerce No. 91 - C.W. (1) /45 , dated the 3rd November 1945 , namely:-
In the Schedule annexed to the said notification-
In part D-
The following new entry shall be inserted as item 42 :
"Metal and Ores , the following : Chrome ore , Kyanite and Manganese ore . "
