NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , dated the 14th September , 1948 .
No. F .. 5164 ) -B /48. The Government of India hereby notify that the whole of the 4 per cent . Rupee Loan 1948-53 issued as counterpart of the 4 per cent, Sterling Loan 1948-58 in accordance with the Government of Judia , Finance Department Notification No. D. 1184 - B , dated the 22nd February 1940 will be repaid at par on the 15th December 1948 with all interest due upto date . Interest will not accrue on the loan from and after the 15th December, 1948.
