No. 1715. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2) of Section 241 of the Government of India Act , 1935 as adapted by the India ( Provisional. Constitution ) Order 1947 the Governor General is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in the Civilians in Defence Services (Revision of Pay ) Rules 1947 , namely: -
