NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 29th September 1948
No. F. 1-2 / 48 - D ( 1 ) .-lo pursuance of section 10 of the Drugs Act , 1940 (XXIII of 1940 ) , the Central Government is pleased to order that in the notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Health , No. F. 18-12 /46 - D.I . , dated the 11th February , 1947, นุ ษ subsequently amended , for the words and figures ' Ist October , 1018 ' the words and figures ' 1st April , 1949 shall be substituted :
Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to a patent or proprietary medicine in respect of which the Central Drugs Laboratory bas refused to grant a certificate of registration .
No. F. 1-2/ 48 - D ( II ) . In pursuance of section 18 of the Drugs Act , 1940 (XXIII of 1940) , the Central (Government is pleased to order that in the notification of the CGovernment of India in the late Department of Health, No. F. 18-12 /46 - D.II , dated the 11th February , 1947 , ав subsequently aunended , for the words and tigmes ' 1st October , 1948 ' the words and tigures ' 1st April , 1040 shall be substituted:
Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to a patent or proprietary modicine in respect of which the Central Drugs Laboratory has rofused to grant a certificate of registration .
No. F. 1-2/ 48 - D ( III ) . In pursuance of the proviso to sub - rule ( 3 ) of rule 1 of the Drugs Rules , 1945 , the Central Government is pleased to order that in the notification of the Government of India in the late Departinent of Health , No. F. 18-12/ 46 -D , dated the 31st March , 1047 , as subscquently amended , for the words and figures ' 1st October , 1948 ' the words and figures ' 1st April , 1949' shall be substituted :
Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to a patent or proprietary anedicine in respect of which the Central Drugs Laboratory has refused to grant a certificate of registration .
