No. 1766-A.-—In exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-section (2) of section 241 of the Government of India Act, 1935 as adapted by the India (Provisional Constitution) Order, 1917 the Governor General is pleased to direct .that the following amendments shall be made in the Civilians in Defence services (Revision of Pay) Rules, 1947, namely :—
In the schedule annexed to the said rules under the head 'D.O.S., D,T D., D.M.E.'
Against Laboratory Assistant in column 3 uuder prescribed scale
