No. 12(12)-FI/48.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 (VII of 1947), the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in he Ministry of Finance, No. 12(12)-FI/48, dated the 25th August, 1948, namely: —

In the said notification, after the words ''from any place outside India" the words "and Hyderabad" shall be inserted.

No. F. E. R. A. '85/48-R.B.—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 (VII of 1947), the Reserve Bank is pleased to direct that its notification. No. F. E. R. A. 42/48-R. B. dated the 12th July, 1948 shall be cancelled.

No. F. E. E. A. '66/48-R.B.—In pursuance of sub-section (3) of section 6 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947, (VII of 1947), the Reserve Barfs: is pleased to direct that its notification No. F. E. R. A. 43/48-R. B. ' dated the 12th July, 1948 shall be cancelled.

No. F. E. R. A. 67/48-R. B.—In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 (VII of 1947), the Reserve Bank is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the notification of the Reserve Bank of India No. F. E. R. A. 40/48-R. B. dated the 10th May, 1948, .namely:—-In the said notification, after the words "to any Acceding State" the words "or Hyderabad'' shall be inserted. ( 1683 )

A, 68/48-R.B.—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 4 oi the foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 19-17 (VII oO 1947), the Eeserve Bunk is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in ihe notification of tho Eeserve Bank of India No. E, E.
