No. 8. O. 20.-- The following Order made by the Governor- General is published for general information : ---
THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA (AUDIT AND ACCOUNTS ) ( AMENDMENT ) REPEALING ORDER , 1948
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of section 166 of the Government of India Act , 1935 , the Governor-General is pleased to make the following Order :--
1. This Order may be cited as the Government of India (Audit and Accounts) (Amendment) Repealing Order , 1948.
2. The Government of India (Audit and Accounts) (Amendment) Order , 1948 , shall be deemed never to have had effect and is hereby repealed .
