NO . 1935 -A .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2 ) of Sec- tion 141 of the Government of India Act , 1935 as adapted by the India (Provi- মা Constitution) Order 1947 the Governor General is pleased to direct that following amendments shall be made in the Civilians in Defence . Services Region of Pay) Rules 1947 , namely : -
In the said schedule under the head " Naval Headquarters- H . M. I. Dock- Fard" for " Labour Welfare Supervisors " under the heading " Name of Fost " , substitute " Labour Inspectors " .
