No. 19/ ITC/48.—In pursuance of the Notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Commerce, No, 23 ITC/43, dated the 1st July 1943, as continued in force by the Imports and Exports (Control) Act-, 1947 (XVIII of 1947) the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following amend- ments shall be made in the Open General Licence No. XI published with the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 6-ITC/ 48, dated the 3rd July 1948 as subsequently amended:—
In the Schedule annexed do the said Open General Licence No. XI, the following description of goods covered by the entries in the Schedule to the aforesaid Notification No. 23-ITC/43, dated the 1st July 1943 shall be inserted in their respective places according to the Part and Serial Nos. of the Import Trade Control Schedule: —
