In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2) of Section 241 of the Government of India Act , 1985 , as adapted by the India (Provisional Constitution) Order 1947 the Governor General is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in the Civilians in Defence Services (Revi- sion of Pay) Rules 1947 , namely:-
In the said Schedule under the head " D.O.S. , D.T.D. , D.M.E " in column 8 under prescribed scale against Laboratory Assistant , add the following: -
100-5120 EB-0-200to graduates with at least two years practical experience,
