NOTIFICATION
New Detht , the 8th January , 1919 .
No. 1(4) -1 (19)/48.-In para . 2 of this Ministry's Notification No. 1(4) -1 ( 19) /48 , dated the 6th December , 1948 , the following additions and amendments shall be made, viz . ,
(1) Under Provincial Governments , against Orissa , substitute " Mr. M. L. Narasimiengar , Director of Industries , Cuttack , " for " Mr. M. L. Narasimiengar , Secretary , Department of Industries , Cuttack . "
(2) Under States , the following new entry shall be made, Travancore .... Mr C. Kumara Das , Estate Indus- trial Liaison Officer , Trivandrum .
(8) Under Representatives of Industry---
Against Iron & Steel , substitute , " Sir Padamji P. Ginwala , 12 Mission Row, Calcutta " , for " Sir Biren Mookerjee, 12 Mission Row, Calcutta" .
Against Shipbuilding , substitute , " Mr. M. A. Master , Scindia Steam Navigation Co. , Bombay " , for " Mr. Lalchand Hirachand , Scindia Steam Navigation Co. , Bombay".
(4) Under Representatives of Industry- After " Paper . Seth S. P. Jain , 9 Dalhousie Square , East , Calcutta " .
the following new entry shall be made , Glass & Ceramics . ..Mr . R. D. Chandorkar , M/ S . Vijay Glass Works, Mazagaon , Tram Ter- minus , Bombay 10 .
ORDER
ORDERED that a copy of the above Notification be communicatedto all Pro- vincial Governments and Administrations , all Ministries of the Government of India , Cabinet Sccrotariat , Prime Minister's Secretariat , the Indian Trade Commissioners , all Indian Embassies , The High Commissioner for India , London , His Majesty's Trade Commissioner in India, all Chambers of Com- merce and Associations , the Director of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics , Calcutta , the High Commissioner for India in Pakistan , Karachi , the High Com- missioner for Pakistan in India , New Delhi , and the Secretary , Indian Tariff Board .
ORDERED also that it be published in the Gazette of India .
