IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 21st January 1949
No. 1 - ITO/ 49 . In pursuanpursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Commerce No. 23 - ITC/ 48 , dated the 1st July 1943 , as continued in force by the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 (XVIII of 1947) , the Contral Government is pleased to direct that the following amend- ment shall be made m the Open General Licence No. XIV issued under the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce , No. 15- ITC / 48 , dated the 22nd October 1948 , namely :-
For the words , " any goods specified in the Schedule annexed to the said Notification No. 23 - ITC/ 48 , dated the 1st July 1943 , ав amended , except those covered by Parts I and VI thereof " , the following shall be substituted , namely : -
" any goods specified in the Schedule annexed to the said Notification No. 23 - ITC / 48 , dated the 1st July 1943 , as amended , except those covered by Parts I and VI thereof and the following des- criptions of goods , namely .
