No. 17 / E . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 241 of the Government of India Act , 1935 , as adapted by the ludia (Provisional Constitution) Ordor 1947 , the Governor General is pleased to direct that the following amendments shali be made to the schedule in the Civilians in Defence Services (Revision of Pay) Rules 1947 , namcly : ---
In the said schedule under the head ' Headquarters , Formations , Station Staff Offices , Record Offices and Units ' against the post of " General Supervisor " in column for Prescribed Scale for " under consideration " substitute " 90-5-125-6-155 ,
No. 18 / E.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2) of Section 241 of the Government of India Act , 1935 , as adapted by the India (Provisional Constitution) Order 1947 the Governor General is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made to the schedule tu the Civilians in Defence Services ( Revision of Pay) Rules 1947 , namely:-
In the schedule under the heading " Directorate of Ordnanco Services , Directorate of Tochnical Development , Directorate of Mechanical Engmeering " .
