In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2) of Section 241 of the Government of India Act , 1985 , as adapted by the India (Provisional Constitution) Order 1947 , the Governor General is pleasedto direct that the following amendments shall be made to the schedule in the Civilians in Defence Services (Revision of Pay) Rules 1947, namely :
In the schedule annexed to the said rules under the head " General Staff Branch-Directorate of Ordnance Factories " insert the following new entries:
