No. 20 / E . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2) of Section 241 of the Government of India Act , 1935 , as adapted by the India ( Provisional Constitution ) Order 1947 , the Governor General is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made to the schedule in the Civilians in Defence Services (Revision of Pay) Rules 1947 , namely: -
In the schedule annexed to the said rules under the head ' Infantry School , Mhow " agamst " Painter and Decorator " under the Column 3 for prescribed scales in the blank space left insert-
"40-2-60 (Grade I)
35-1-50 ( Grade II) . "
No. 21 / E.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 241 of the Government of India Act , 1985 , as adapted by the India (Provisional Constitution) Order 1947 , the Governor (General is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made to the schedule in the Civilians in Defence Services ( Revision of Pay) Rules 1947 , namely : 一
In the schedule annexed to the said rules under the head " K. G. R. I. М. College , Ajmer , Jullundur , Bangalore and Belgaum "
1. Against the post " Storekeeper " in the column for prescribed scale-- For under consideration substitute 35-1-50 .
