NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd February 1949
No. 308-PA(62)/49.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Essential Supplies (Temporary Powers) Act, 1946'(XXIV of 1946), the Central Government is pleased to direct that with effect from 23rd February, 1949, the following further amendments shall be made in the Paper Price Control Order, 1946 namely:—
in the said Order—
I. The proviso to clause 4 shall be omitted.
II. for Schedule I the following schedule shall be substituted, namety:—
