No. 4 - ITO/ 49.-In pursuance of the Notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Commerce No. 23 - ITC/ 43 , dated the 1st July 1948 , as continuod in force by the Imports and Exports Control Act , 1947 ( XVIII of 1947) , the Contral Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Open General Licence No. XI published with the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 6 - ITC / 48 , dated the 3rd July 1948 , as subsequently amended and that this amendment be published for general information: --
In the Schedule annexed to the said Open General Licence No. XI-
(i ) For the existing entry against Serial No. 100 of Part IV, the following entry shall be substituted , namely:
