Delhi , the 26th February 1949
No. F.1 . ( 136) /48-L.S.G . (1 ) .-Whereas it appears to the Chief Commissioner of Delhi , that it is necessary to acquire speedily land for the resettlement of displaced persons by the Government at the public expense , it is hereby notified that the land specified below is to be acquired for the above purpose on the seventh day after the date of publication of this notification
This notification is made under the provisions of section 3 of the Resettle- ment of Displaced Persons ( Land Acquisition) Act , 1948to all whom it raay concern .
Any person interested in the land who has any objection to the acquisition may file an objection in writing before the Lands Officer , Delhi Improvement Trust , New Delhi , who has been appointed to perform all the functions of competent authority under the said Act: - a
