In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 241 of the (Government of Indra Act , 1935 , as adapted by the India (Provisional Constitution ) Order 1917 , the Governor General is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made to the schedule in the Civilians in Defence Services ( Revision of Pay ) Rules 1947 , namely : -
In the schedule annexed to the said rules under the head ' Engineer in - Chief ' -E.S.D.
1 Against the entry ' Gate Keeper Junior Grade ' , under the column for pres- cubed scale for " under consideration "
