No. 91-0W( 2 ) / 49 . In pursuance of sub - section ( 1) of section (3) of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( XVIII of 1947 ) , the Central Govern- ment is pleased to direct that the Open General Licence No. 1 issued under the Notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Commerce , No. 91 - CW ( 1 ) / 45 , dated the 3rd November 1945 , and published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce , No. 91- C.W. ( 1) / 46 , dated the 4th December , 1048 , shall be cancelled with effect from the 1st April 1949 .
