NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th March 1949
No. F.1 ( 71 ) /48-L.S.C (I ) -Whereas it appears to the Chief Commissioners of Delhi that it is necessary to acquire speedily land for the resettlement of displaced persons by the Government at the public expense , it is hereby noti- fied that the land specified in the schedule annexed is to be acquired for the above purpose on the seventh day after the date of this notification .
This notification is made under the provisions of section 3 of the Resettle- ment of Displaced Persons (Land Acquisition) Act , 1948 to all whom it may concern .
Any person interested in the land who has any objection to the acquisition may file an objection in writing before the Lands Officer , Delhi Improvement Trust , New Delhi , who has been appointed to perform all the functions of a competent authority under the said Act .
