No: F: 7 - WL (1 ) / 47 . The following resolation which was passed by the Constituent Assembly ( Legislative ) at its meeting held on the 23rd March , 1949 , is hereby published for general information
"In pursuance of the provuso to section 4 of the India ( C'entrel Government and Legislature) Act , 1946, лs adapted by the India ( Provisional Constitution) Order , 1947 , this Assembly hereby approves the extension of the period inentioned in sections 2 and 3 of the stud Act for a further period of twelve months cominencing on the first day of April , 1049 "
