IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 16th April 1949
No. 11 - ITO/ 49 . In pursuance of the Notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Commerce , No. 23 - ITC / 43 , dated the 1st July 1948 , as continued in force by the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 (XVIII of 1947) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in Open General Licence No. XI published with the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 6 - ITC / 48 dated the 3rd July 1948 , as subsequently amended , and that this amendment be published for general information: --
In the preamble to the said Open General Licence No. XI , for the entry:--
" (b) Bizonia in Germany , Belgium and Belgian Colonies , Portugal and Portuguese Colonies (excluding Portuguese possessions in India) , and Japan?"
the following shall be substituted , namely: -
" (b) British/ American/French Zones of Germany , Belgium and Belgiau Colonies , Portugal and Portuguese Colonies (excluding Portuguese possessions in India) , and Japan" .
