NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th April 1949
No. SS.21 (4 ) .-In pursuance of section 10 of the Employees ' State Insurance Act , 1948 (XXXIV of 1948 ) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Tabour , No. SS.21 (4) , dated the 28th December , 1948 , constituting the Medical Benefit Council , namely :-
In the said Notification ,-
(i) for item No. (6) , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
" (6) Dr. A. S. Mannady Nayar , Acting Surgoon General with the Gov- ornment of Madras .
(ii) item No. 19 shall be read as follows :-
" ( 19) Dr. Srimati B. Thungamma , F.R.C.S.E. , Kamacha , Banares , United Provinces ."
