No. 91-0 , W. ( 6 )/49 .--In pursuance of clause (h) of the Notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Commerce , No. 91 - C.W. (1 )/45 dated the Brd November 1945 , the Central Government is pleased to give general permission to all persons to export iron ore to Japan , with effect from the 7th May 1949 .
