NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th May 1949
No. 21 ( 23 ) Ous / 49.- WHEREAS I am empowered under Section 12 - A. cf the Fast Punjab Evacuees (Administration of Property ) Act XIV of 1947 , as amend ed and extended to the Province of Delhi , to transfer management of tenancy rights of evacuees to non - evacuee land lords after creation of new tenancies ;
AND WHEREAS I have decided to do the same by general order as pres cribed under the aforesaid Section ;
NOW THEREFORE , I do horeby stand absolved from today of all res ponsibilities in respect of such evacuee tenancy rights as have vested in me or the leases and allotments granted by me thereof .
