EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
Now Delhi , the 28th May 1940:
No, 91-0. W. (7) / 48 . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of section 8 of the Imports and Exports ( Control) Act , 1947 (XVIII of 1947) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following further amend- ment shall be made in the Open General Licence No. 8 published with the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 91- C.W. ( 7) / 48 dated the 22nd November 1948 , namely: -
For entry (b ) the following shall be substituted , namely:-
" (b) The Joint. United States , United Kingdom and French Zones of Germany , Belgium and Belgian colonies and Portugal and Portuguose colonies exoluding Portuguese possessions in India; and (c) Japan;
any of the following goods included in the schedule to the said Notifica- tion, namely: -"
