No. 16- ITO / 49 .---In. excrcise of the powers conferred by Sub - Section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( XVIII of 1947 ) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the late Depart- ment of Commerce . No. 29 - ITC / 43 , dated the 1st July 1948 , namely : -
In Part V of the Schedule annexed to the said notification , --
1 After entry 101 , the following entries shall be inserted , namely : --
101 A Cellulose Acotate Butyrate 87
