No. 19 - ITC/49 .--In pursuance of the Notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Commerce No. 23 - JTC / 48 , dated the 1st July 1943 , as continued in force by the Imports and Exports (Control) Act , 1947 (XVIII of 1947 ) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that the , following amendment shallbe made in the Open General Licence No. XV , published witu the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 18 - ITC / 49 dated the 19th May, 1949 , namely:-
In the Schedule annexed to the said Open General Licence No. XV , after the ontries against Serial No. 22 of Part V , the following entry shall be iu- serted , namely :
V 25 Sulphur
