In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 2) of soction 241 of the Government of India Act , 1935 , as adapted by the India (Provisional Constitution ) Order , 1947 , the Governor General is pleasedto direct that the following amendments shallbe made to the Schedule in the Civilians in Defence Services ( Revision of Pay) Rules , 1947 , namely :-
In the said Schedule under the heading " I.R.V. & F. Corps " -
1. Against the post of "Painter " under the column for prescribed scale For the entry " under consideration " Substitute " 35-1-50" .
2. Against the post " Tinsmith " under the column for prescribed scalo For the entry " under consideration"
