No. 21 - ITO/ 49 . In pursuance of the Notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Commerce , No. 28 - ITC / 43 , dated the 1st July 1943 , as continued in force by the Imports and Exports ( Control) Act , 1947 ( XVIII of 1947) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in the Open General Licence No. XV , published with the Notilication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 18-1TC / 49 , dated the 19th May 1949 , namely :-

(b ) Under Part IV , the following entries shall be inserted at their respective places under the list of excepted items against Serial No. 110: --
Calcium Lactate , Potassium Citrate , Sodium Citrate , Potassium Acetate , Sodium Acetate , Iron Ammonium Citrate .
(c) Under Part V of the Schedule , the inserted at their respective places iteins against Serial No. 22 : - following entries shall be under the list of excepted
Calcium Lactate , Potassium Citrate , Sodium Citrate , Potassiura Acetate , Sodium Acetate , Iron Ammonium Citrate .
( d) Under Part V of the Schedule against Serial No. 122. the entry " (v) Bamboo poles " , shall be omitted .
Provided that any goods of the above description covered by the said Open General Licence No. XV , which have been despatched on through consignment to India on or before 13th August 1949 will be deemed to have been imported under the said licence .
