Ho. 22~IT0/49.—In pursuance of the Notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Commerce No. 23-ITC/43, dated the 1st July 1943, as continued in force by the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (XVIII of 1947), the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Open General Licence No. XV, published with the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No". 13-ITC/49, dated the 19th May, 1949, as subsequently amended, namely: —
In the Schedule annexed to the said Open General Licence No. XV: —
(i) For the entry—
"Iron (including pig iron) and steel, and articles made thereof excepting those covered by Parts I, IV, V and VI of this Schedule (including coated and uncoated electrodes, both rod and wire) but excluding expanded metals ,

The following shall be substituted, namely: —
