No. 106 / E.In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( se uon 241 of the Government of India Act , 1935 , as adapted by the India Provi sional Constitution ) Order , 1947, the Governor- General is pleased to direct the following amendments shall be made to the Schedule in the Civilians in Defence Services (Revision of Pay ) Rules , 1947 , namely:----
In the Schedule annexed to the said rules under the head " Q. M. G.'b Branch , Farms Directorate "-
Against the entry " Boilerınan " in the column for Prescribed Scales' For the entry 40-1-50-2-60
Substitute '50-260-9/2-75΄ .
(This will have effect from 1st Aug. 1949) .

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2) of sec- tion 241 of the Government of India Act , 1935 , as adapted by the India (Provi- sional Constitution) Order , 1947 , the Governor - General is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made to the Schedule in the Civilians in Defence Services ( Revisionof Pay) Rules , 1947 , namely:---
In the said Schedule under the heading "Naval Headquarters " , sub -head ' M. T' . Staff'
