No 108 E. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - Section (2) of Section 211 of the Government of India Act 1935 as adapted by the India (Provisional Constituti 1) Order 1947 , the Governor General is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the Civilians in Defence Services (Revision of Pay ) Rules , 1947 namely :-
In Rule 6 of the said Rules
For the words and figures " A pre - 1981 entrant who elects the scales of pay precubed in the schedule ', the words and figures " A pre- 1981 entrant who elects or draws under Rule 4 , the scales of pay prescubed in the schedulo ' shall be substituted
