No. 14 ( 33 ) Cus./49 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Admistration of Evacuee Property ( Chief Commissioners' Provinces) Ordimnee , 1949 ( XII of 1949 ) the Central Government is pleased to direct that the powers exerciseable by it under section 26 of the aforesaid Ordinance shall be exercised by the ( ' hief Commissioner , Amer Merwara , in so far as the Province of Ajmer - Merwarn is concerned .
No. 14 ( 59 ) Cus./49 .In cxercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Administration of Eivacuec Property ( Chief Commissioners ' Provinces ) Ordnance , 1949 ( XII of 1949 ) as extended to Bhopal and other Provinces by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of States , the Central Government is pleased to docet that the powers exerciseable by it under section 4 of the said Ordmance shall be exorcised by the Chief Commissioner , Bhopal , for the Province of Bhopal

In pursuance of sub - section ( 2) of section 15 and sub section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Administration of Evacuee Property ( Chief Commissioners Provinces ) Ordinance , 1949 ( XII of 1949 ) as extended to Bhopal by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of States , No. 171 - R , dated 18th July 1949 , the Central Government is pleased to specify , with refcrence to the Province of Bhopal , the 15th August 1947 as the date for the purposes of the aforesaid sub - sections .
