No. 14 ( 59 ) -Cus./49 . In exorcise of the powers conferredby section 4 of the Ordinance XII of 1949 as extended to Ranipur , the Governor- General is pleased to appoint the Chiof Commissioner , Rampur , as Custodian of Evacuee Property for Rampur State in addition to his own duties .
No. 14 ( 59 ) -Cus./49 . In oxercise of the powers conferred by section 88 of the Ordinance XII of 1940 the Governor - General is pleased to delegate the powers of appointment of Custodian , Deputy Custodian , Assistant Custodians under section 4 , and powers to fix up appropriate datos by notification under sections 15 und 25 , and powers to issue notification under section 26 of the Ordinance restricting transfers of the evacuee property to the Chief Commissioner , Rampur , to be exercised in his province .
