NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28rd September 1949 .
No. 43 ( 2)/ Ser / 49 . WHEREAS in view of the change that has recently takene in the constitutional and administrative position of the Indian State of Bhopal difficulties have arisen in the carrying out of the Constituent Assem- bly Rues in respect of the seat allotted to the said State in the Assembly ;
NO THEREFORE , in exercise of the power conferred by rule 66 of the said Rules and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf , the President of the Constituent Assembly hereby makes the following provision for the purpose of removing the saud difficulties namely-
PROVISION
After paragraph IA of the Schedule to the Constituent Assembly Rules , the following paragraph be inserted .
"4- B . Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 4, the seat in the Assembly allotted to the State of Bhopal suecified in column 1 of Part II of the Annexure to this Schedule may be fillet by nomination , and the represen- tative of the State to be chosen to fill that seat may be nominated by the autho rity specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of that Part .
