No. 91-0W( 7 ) / 48 . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control) Act , 1947 ( XVIII of 1947) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following further amend- ment shall be made in Open General Licence No. 3 published with the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce , No. 91 - CW( 7 ) /48 , dated the 22nd November , 1948 , namely: -
Item ( xii ) of the list of goods given in the said Opon General Licence , shall be omitted
