New Delhi, the 3rd October 1949

No I-(IV)/1.-Drugs.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Suction 3 of the Drugs (Control) Ordinance 1949 (Ordinance No. 26 of 1849), the Central Govern- ment is pleased to declare the drugs specified and described in the Schedule to be the drugs to which this Ordinance shall apply.

ORDER

ORDERED that a copy of the above Notification bo communicated to all Provincial Governments and Administrations, all Ministries of the Government of India, Cabinet secretariat, Prime Minister's Secretariat, the Indian Trade Commission- ers, all Indian Embassies the High Commissioner for India, London, His Majesty's Trade Commissioner in India, all Chambers of Commerce and Associations, the Director of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Calcutta, the High Commissioner for India in Pakistan, Karachi, the High Commissioner for Pakistan in India, New Delhi, and the Secretary, Indian Tariff Board.
