No. 91-0.W . (7) /48.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of section 8 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act , 1947 (XVIII of 1947) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following further amend- ment shall be made in Open General Licence No. 8 published with the notifi- cation of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 91 - C.W. (7 )/ 48 , dated the 22nd November , 1948 , namely:-
Item ( xiii ) of the list of goods given in the said Open General Licence , shall be omitted .
