No. F. 1(136)/48-L.S.G. (II).—Notice from Special Land Acquisition Col- lector, Delhi, under Section 4 of the Resettlement of Displaced Persons (Land Acquisition) Act, 1948 to Phul Singh s/o Nanwan; Gujar of Rampura, Post Office Badli, Delhi Province, Owner/Occupier.

The land described below is required for the resettlement of Displaced Persons and this has already been notified under Section 3 of the said Act in the extraordinary issue dated 5th January 1949 of the Government of India Gazette, vide Chief Commissioner's Notification No. F 1(136)/48-L,S.G.(I), dated the 1st January 1949. Notice under Section 8(2) of the said Act has also been issued and contains the substance of the said Notification stating that possession of the land will be taken on the seventh day after the date of publica- tion of the said Notification. You as owner/occupier of the said land are hereby informed that action to take over the land on the seventh day will be taken.
