No. 122 / E.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (3 ) of Section 241 of the Government of India Act , 1985 , as adapted by the India (Provisional Constitution) Order 1947 , the Governor General is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made to the schedule in the Civilians in Defence Services (Revision of Pay) Rules 1947 , namely:-
In the schedule annexed to the said rules , under the head " General Staff Branch-Directorate of Ordnance Factories "
Against the post of Deputy Director of Ordnance Factories in the colum for " Existing Scales "-
For "1850-100-1750 plus O. P. £ 30 or Rs . 250/ - .
1100-70-1450 plus Rs . 150/ - p.m. duty allowance "
Substitute " 1350-100-1750 plus O. P. £ .30 or Rs . 250/ - plus duty allowance of Rs . 150/ -
1100-70-1450 plus Rs . 150/- p.m. duty allowance ".
