" I, (" akravarti Rajagopalachari , Governor -General of India hereby authorise coch of the officers for the tire . being holding the appointumcuts of 1) the Drector of the Indin Supply Mission in the United States of America ii) the Derty Director of the Lada Supply Mission in the Umted States of Americe, Ad ( ii) the First Secretary to Le Indian Embassy in the United States of America , to sign and execute on behalf of the Governor- Genaul India any application , bond , certificate or other document required permitted by the provisions of any Loan Agreement that has been on may hereafter be entered into between the Dominion of India and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development .
