EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 28th October 1949
No. 91-0.W . (4 ) / 49 . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( XVIII of 1947) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following further amend- ment shall be made in the Open General Licence No. 4 published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce , No. 01 - CW ( 4 ) / 49 , dated to 12th Apal 1919 , namely.-
For entry ( xvii ) the following shall be substituted , namely:-
" ( xvii ) Bonafide samples of all kinds , value not exceeding Rs . 50 excepting the following articles of food :-
(1) Gram , pulse and flour .
( ii) (a) Tinned milk , all sorts ,
(b) Milk products , all sorts including butter , ghee , cheese etc. "
