New Delhi , the 29th October 1949

Νο . 21 (47 )-Ι.Τ.C. / 48 . In pursuance of paragraph 3 of the Public Notice issued with this Ministry's Notification No. 21 (47) ITC / 48 , dated the 29th October 1948, the Government of India have carefully reviewed the position in respect of Biscuit making industry and have decided that no application for a licence for import of Biscuit making machinery with a view to installation of new biscuit factories should be entertained for a further period of one year .
